The 2017-18 Mercedes-Benz GLC has earned the highest award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).
A midsize luxury SUV, the GLC achieved good ratings in all IIHS crashworthiness tests, a superior-rated standard front crash prevention system and available good- or acceptable-rated headlights.
This is the first time the GLC, introduced in the 2016 model year, has been put through all IIHS evaluations.
