A new initiative has been launched in the UK to encourage fleets and organisations to use an industry set of vehicle stickers to communicate the dangers of the ‘fatal four’: inappropriate speed, using a mobile phone while driving, not wearing a seatbelt and drink/drug driving.

Project Pictogram was launched in March at the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu in Hampshire. It was developed by the Hampshire Road Safety Partnership and is promoted by Hampshire Fire & Rescue Service.
Fleets encouraged to use vehicle stickers to highlight dangersThe aim is for the pictograms to be displayed on fleet vehicles across the UK, making them visible on every journey. It is hoped this will provide a constant visual reminder to drivers of their own behaviour, and act as a nudge to positive change.
